Prior to the first appointment you will receive an envelope which that contains the following items:

• An information brochure, which provides information about veins and details of the treatments offered at the Vein & Laser Centre
• A patient questionnaire, which must be completed and brought in with you at the first consultation
• A map of our location and car-parking instructions
• An outline of the fee structure for the initial consultation
