The Vein & Laser Centre Doctors are solely dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of vein problems affecting the legs. They specialise in the latest techniques of non-surgical and minor surgical, office-based treatments for veins of all sizes.
The Doctors at the Vein & Laser Centre are now able to offer comprehensive assessments and investigation of venous disorders of the legs at their new premises, conveniently located in the Eastpoint Building (at street level on Glebe road, next to Mucho’s Mexican restaurant), The Junction.
The range of treatments available include
- Endovenous Laser Treatment (EVLT ® for large truncal veins that previously needed surgery)
- Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy
- Ambulatory Phlebectomy
- Sclerotherapy
- Microsclerotherapy.

All of the above treatments are performed on a walk-in, walk-out basis in an office setting. Most treatments are performed in less than 30 minutes and patients are able to resume virtually all normal activities immediately after their treatment.
The types of veins that can be treated by these methods range from small, unsightly ‘spider veins’ to large ‘varicose veins’ that previously may have required surgery.
